Rhythm and Culture Aboard the San Salvador
Nothing says San Diego like sunshine, the sea breeze, and picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean. So, when in San Diego, do as the San Diegans do! Embrace the true San Diego with Forum Language Experience aboard the Spanish Galleon San Salvador, docked in San Diego’s Big Bay. Take in the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, Coronado Island, and Downtown San Diego all while you soak in the sun, enjoy authentic Spanish tapas prepared by Spanish Chef Alvaro Baeza, and relax to the rhythmic stylings of Claudia Lyra as her band plays Bossa nova.
Relax, mingle, and realize the true reason you came to San Diego! After your time aboard the San Salvador, enjoy a guided tour in Spanish, Portuguese, or English of the San Diego Maritime Museum to learn a little bit more about how maritime travel has affected and helped build this beautiful city we call home.
Whether you are a native San Diegan or visiting for the first time, this is an experience you are sure to remember.
